Spacebrain AI Meeting Notetaker

Spacebrain AI Meeting Notetaker captures supported customer meetings and prepares summaries. Find completed notes in Meeting Notes or the CRM, with optional linking to matched people and companies. Suggested follow-up tasks and CRM field changes wait for review before they are applied.

Leave with a useful recap.

Stay focused on the conversation while the notetaker captures it. Open the summary afterwards to revisit the important points, decisions and proposed next steps.

Make the handoff easier

Keep the summary with matched CRM people and companies so the next person can read it before reaching out. Suggested tasks and record updates are ready for review, not applied behind the scenes.

HOW IT WORKS

How it works

  1. 01

    Choose the meeting

Send a notetaker to a supported meeting link, or opt in to automatic notes for eligible Calendar bookings.

  2. 02

    Have the conversation

A visible notetaker joins the meeting. Focus on the discussion instead of keeping a running record.

  3. 03

    Open the summary

Find the recap in Meeting Notes. Turn on automatic linking to save it with matched CRM people and companies.

  4. 04

    Review the follow-up

Check suggested tasks and CRM field changes before applying them. You decide what is right and what happens next.

Help the next person catch up.

01

Calendar

See which meetings have a notetaker scheduled. Cancel one before it joins if plans change.

02

CRM notes

Keep the recap with the customer. Enable automatic linking to matched people and companies; Calendar attendees are matched by email.

03

Follow-up review

Review proposed tasks and CRM field updates before they take effect. A saved summary is not permission to change the record.

Questions & answers

Practical answers for planning the work.

Can I import notes from Granola?

Yes. Each member connects their own API-enabled Granola Business or Enterprise account in Spacebrain. Select the notes you want to import; available sync settings control subsequent refresh. Imported notes are private to that connection owner. Review what you share and which CRM records you link.

Does Spacebrain save transcripts?

For supported native recordings, Spacebrain saves available transcript text and generated notes. Audio and video are processed temporarily by the recording provider, with retention capped at 24 hours and deletion requested after processing.

Imported Granola content follows its own source and access rules; it is not a Spacebrain recording.

Can I choose how the notes are written?

Use available summary styles or templates and review the credit quote before a new analysis. A private notepad lets you add your own context without sharing it automatically.

How does sharing work?

Use the available summary-sharing controls and review their scope before sharing. A shared summary does not grant access to the underlying private notes or transcript. You can revoke a shared link.

Will it send emails or update the CRM automatically?

Meeting insights propose tasks and record changes for review. Orbit can prepare a supported native action; an email draft still needs the normal Email review and send step. Automatic capture and optional Granola refresh have separate settings.
