From source to result
A focused flow from the emails you have to the results you can act on.
Check one address or prepare a larger list in Email Verifier.
Understand the input and estimate before running verification.
Separate the results you need and keep the evidence close.
Read the result
Keep clear results separate from addresses that need another look. Verification helps assess quality; it does not guarantee delivery or replace permission to email.
The check returned a positive result. Review consent and campaign suitability before sending.
Exclude from your send-ready list and correct the address at its source where possible.
Review separately. An address can carry uncertainty even when it appears usable.
The check was inconclusive. Keep it unresolved and review available retry options.
The Email Verifier
Manage bulk checks, results, reusable matches and credit usage in one workspace. Review each run before exporting a list.
Eligible fresh results can be reused across sources in your workspace. See what needs a new check before spending credits.
Reopen a run to inspect progress, filters and results. Look up an exact email to review its verification history.
Review the estimate before a run and the receipt afterward. Keep the source, result and credit usage connected.
A complete verification workflow
Go from source to reviewed result with clear counts, durable progress and an export you control.
Check one address, paste a list, upload CSV or TXT, choose a workspace audience or saved People/Leads view, or verify selected CRM contacts.
Preview rows, review the suggested email column, and spot malformed, duplicate or missing addresses before a paid check begins. Choose the mapping yourself when a file is ambiguous.
See submitted and unique email counts, input issues, fresh results that can be reused free, new checks and the maximum credit estimate.
Confirm the reviewed run yourself. An edited source needs a fresh estimate; Spacebrain does not silently verify a partial list.
Bulk checks keep a durable run record with progress, source, owner and credit use. Reopen history to inspect results, pause or stop remaining checks, or resume eligible work. Retry unresolved addresses only after reviewing a fresh estimate.
Provider delays and inconclusive results remain visible as unresolved work, not a false “valid” result.
Filter valid, risky, invalid, unknown and input-issue results. Open address details, view check dates and reuse status, then export the full or filtered set.
Create an audience from eligible existing contacts or review a separate CRM import for valid external emails. Existing contacts are rechecked for changed email, opt-out and suppression before audience creation; no one is silently subscribed or sent a campaign.
History and cost
Search address history across supported sources, see the latest status and freshness, and reuse a recent result without paying for the same provider check again.
Each run keeps its source, result counts and reconciled credit receipt together. Fresh cached checks, duplicates, local-format rejects, inconclusive checks and provider interruptions do not create a new verification charge.
History and reporting
Return to run progress, address details and credit activity whenever you need them.
Filter saved runs by source and status, then reopen a run to follow its progress, results, unresolved checks and receipt.
Look up an email’s latest verification outcome, checked date, freshness, source and whether a result is reusable.
Choose a date range to see credits advanced, returned and settled. Export usage as CSV. Orbit AI usage stays separate.
Connected to customer work
Use Email Verifier by itself or from the places where customer addresses already live.
Check an audience or selected contacts from CRM. Optional automatic checks run after a contact is created; they never delay saving or importing the contact.
Review address quality before a campaign. Exporting results does not add consent, remove suppression, or send messages.
Run Verify email as an asynchronous step, wait for the result, and branch on its status. Workflow budgets stay explicit, and run history links back to the verification receipt.
Use presets to ask Orbit to explain results or receipts, apply a visible status filter, prepare a source, or propose a supported workflow. Orbit does not start paid checks or downloads by itself; verification and AI usage are tracked separately.
Module access, permissions and supported actions depend on your workspace and plan.
What verification does not mean: a “valid” result is a point-in-time mailbox signal, not a promise of inbox delivery and not proof that someone agreed to receive marketing.
Practical answers for planning the work.
Verification assesses address quality and returns a status you can use when reviewing a list. A valid result is not a guarantee that a future message will reach the inbox, and verification does not establish consent to receive marketing.
The verifier supports individual checks and pasted emails, CSV/TXT files, and workspace audiences. Review the source and maximum credit estimate before starting.
Fresh reusable results can be used across sources in the workspace without a new provider check. The review step distinguishes reusable results from emails that need a check. Review the current estimate and resulting receipt for your workspace’s charges.
Review risky addresses separately before sending. Unknown means the check could not establish a definitive answer; it is not a valid result. Keep unresolved addresses out of a send-ready export unless you have reviewed them.
Email Verifier includes filtered exports, per-address details and run history. Choose and review the result set before exporting. An export does not automatically subscribe contacts or launch a campaign.
Open Email Verifier from the Email area. Run an individual check or list, review the results and estimate, then return to history whenever you need them.
Yes. Choose a workspace audience or launch verification for selected CRM contacts. Review the member snapshot and quote before confirming. Optional CRM verification runs after contact creation and never blocks a contact from being saved. Checking an address does not change audience membership or establish marketing consent.
Yes. Open the saved run again from History to follow progress and results. You can review completed work, pause or stop remaining checks, or resume eligible work when the run allows it.
Yes. Add Verify email to a supported workflow, review its budget controls, then branch on the returned result. The asynchronous step can wait for completion; its source and receipt remain visible in Email Verifier history.
Orbit AI can explain results, help prepare a source, or suggest a workflow using its inline assistance and presets. A paid check still requires your explicit confirmation against the reviewed source and maximum estimate. An AI conversation never raises that approved limit.
Safe means the provider returned a positive mailbox signal at check time. Catch-all, role, disposable and full-inbox outcomes are risky; disabled, invalid and spam-trap results are not valid. Unknown and input issues stay distinct. No result guarantees delivery or permission to email.
Yes, when an address is eligible. Review a new estimate for the unresolved subset and confirm the new run. The retry is linked to the original and follows current reuse rules; opening a run or asking Orbit does not start it.
At the standard list rate, each new definitive provider result costs 0.1 credit ($0.002). Your review shows the workspace’s effective price, reusable results and maximum before you confirm. Duplicates, local-format rejects, inconclusive checks and provider interruptions are not billed as completed results; unused reserved credits are returned.
Yes. The Credit usage view filters by date range, shows verification credits advanced, returned and settled, and can export a CSV. Each run’s receipt stays linked to its source. Orbit AI usage is tracked separately.
